How to get a franchise of LUGAW REPUBLIC?
The first step is to get in touch with the franchisor, since we have a long list of interested franchisees willing to get a franchise but there is no available location we advise that you look on your own location/area for the business and suggest it immediately to the franchisor for further study, if the desired area passed the requirement for the feasible site then we will start the business. On the other hand if the malls or other stablishement offers us a space for lease we will get in touch to our interested franchisees and offers the space, first parties who confirms the space will have the location. In the first place we will not offer the space to our interested franchisee if the space being offered is not feasible.
if the franchisee would like to get a space in the mall for example in the provinces we will apply and submit all necessary requirements on their behalf.
How much is the franchise fee and what are the inclusive in the package?
The package is P350,000 it depends on the requirement of the mall or the location, the package is inclusive of the following:
- Design and construction of the Cart/Kiosk
- Kitchen equipment Kiosk equipment (from stove to kutsilyo and etc.)

How about the menu, can we add on your existing line of products?
There will be no problem if you would like to add some products as long as it is allowed in the list of merchandise in our contract, normally in the malls they are particular in the product line they will ask us to submit our complete menu and it is subject for approval. But in other areas where there is no limitations we can add everything we want as long as the original line is there, e.g variety of lugaw, tokwa’t baboy, lumpia, kwek-kwek other products like puto and dinuguan, pancit, kakanin puto and other pinoy merienda may still be added if you want.
How about the drinks/ beverages?
Suggested Beverages are Iced tea, Sago at gulaman or softdrinks.
How about the Raw materials, are you going to supply it everyday?
We cannot do that po, ito po yung isang advantage natin kasi po ang product ingredients po natin ay readily available at easily accesible sa palengke everyday po mamamalengke po tayo ng ititinda at iluluto po natin we can look for our own supplier sa palengke o yung suki natin we can text them ahead para pipickupin na lang natin everyday yung mga gagamitin. The franchisor will list down all the ingredients para sa pama malengke, or kung nasa mall naman you can go to the nearest supermarket to buy the ingredients kaya lang medyo mataas ng konti.
Ang ituturo po namin ay ang tamang paraan (standard way) ng pagluto ng special lugaw at ang pagluluto rin po ng ibang menu ng LUGAW REPUBLIC.
Gaano kabilis ang ROI?
Ang ROI po ay talagang depende sa location na makukuha natin, kung maganda po ang location at natututukan po ng franchisee with our support plus the best pa yung product natin there’s no way para po hindi natin agad makuha ang investment natin.
May royalty ba ito o renewable fee?
Good news po wala pa po tayong royalty, ang contract po ng mga franchisees ay renewable po every year ng 10,000.
Pwede ba installment ang franchise package?
Pwede naman po, mapag-uusapan po yan wala pong problema sa franchisor, basta po mabayaran lang muna yung 50% para po mapagawa na yung cart at mabili na yung mga gagamitin and the remaining 50% ay pwede na po opening date na po.
Paano ang manpower?
Kung wala po kayong staff we will help po para magkaroon po kayo ng staff kung mayron na po we will ask them for advance training sa mga existing outlets po namin at magkakaroon din po tayo ng actual training sa site po, we will help you din po sa initial operation ng store para po maguide ng mabuti ang mga staff po ninyo.
Who will get all the permits?
We will assist you po sa pagkuha ng mga permits pero yung actual payment po or amount sa resibo will be shoulder by the franchisee.
